Picture in need of a captain

I read this story about someone building a giant Jesus statue in Poland and thought, "Just how big do we need Jesus to be?" But then I scanned down to this photo and it made me think of all kinds of other stuff. Hmm...

    Ya know, if they positioned those hands a bit differently and put the whole thing down a bit behind the crest of that hill, they could have an excellent "Kilroy" effect.

    Ironically, Revelation 16:1-21 is part of today's lectionary reading:

    Ha! It does look like an angry Little Mermaid dad head. I suppose I would be a bit miffed myself if my head was laying on the ground.
