This is the view from the upper deck of my sisters house in Minnesota. It's a rather nice neighborhood. A couple doors down just sold for $600,000. On the other side one just went for 1.2 mil. Let's just say big sis is not in the same tax bracket as me. :) But she's still plenty nice. And I wouldn't trade her jobs for anything. But I will enjoy her house when I visit.
