Today is lovely daughter Carrie's birthday. She is 26 years old. Unbelievable that our little girl is so grown up... and now has her own lovely little girl. Carrie Jade is the best daughter two parents could ask for, and an even better mommy!The past year has been an eventful one. Having gotten married the year before, she worked two different jobs for much of last year. She worked at Best Buy and The Woodhouse Day Spa. She and Drew also bought their first house last year - on Cottage Ave. in FW. Then she got pregnant and they had a beautiful little girl named Anna Jane. What a year!
Carrie currently works as an independent consultant for Arbonne skin-care products. It's no surprise that she is good at this, because she has always liked to talk in front of people, and she is a beauty herself. I'm sure that helps her sales some. I can also vouch for the men's products. I use the facial wash, shave cream, aftershave, and lotion myself. I was amazed how much better it made my face look and feel after using it (if you care to order something, or to host a party, let me know and I can let Carrie know).
We have actually already celebrated Carrie's birthday. Yesterday we all went to the zoo (me, Jane, Carrie, Drew and Anna), and then Jane took her shopping. It was a beautiful day, and a fun time was had by all.
