Cars serviced
I took both cars in yesterday to get serviced. The 2002 Buick Century just needed an oil change. The 2008 Ford Focus needed an oil change, plus the passenger-side rear tire had a slow leak, plus there was a rattle in the front end. Dan said the tire had a screw in it (which they repaired), the rattle was from the stabilizer for the anti-sway bar - apparently the linkage had loosened up. He said that's common on Ford's and Chrysler's nowadays. He said it didn't 'need' replaced - as a safety issue or anything - but he recommended replacing the stabilizer on both sides. He said the way they're going out on newer cars it will only be a matter of time before the other one goes bad. So I had him replace them both. It also needed the air filter replaced. Altogether it was $170.
