Eating - day 12 (saturday)

Back to a more normal eating schedule again today. Felt good. Though I did buy some Pure Protein bars, and needed one again today due to light-headedness.

6 am - antibiotic, water, decaf coffee, vanilla protein shake.

8:30 am - multivitamin, pro/cal supplement

11 am - hard-boiled egg with sea salt

12 pm - salad with veggies and balsamic dressing, cup of green beans, water.

3 pm - antibiotic and protein shake

4 pm - protein bar

6 pm - chicken on the grill, asparagus, multivitamin, and 2 cal/mag supplements, water

8 pm - orange protein shake and 2 more cal/mag supplements, water
