Eating - day 13 (sunday)

5 am - antibiotic, decaf coffee, vanilla protein drink

10 am - multivitamin, pot/cal supplement

1 pm - went to Applebees for Mother's Day lunch with Drew, Carrie, Anna and Isaac. Had the Fiesta Chicken Chopped Salad and a water.

2 pm - had a yogurt protein drink

4:30 pm - antibiotic

7 pm - cooked delmonico steaks on the grill, rutabaga, multivitamin, 2 cal/mag supplements, water

9 pm - peach/mango protein drink

Weighted 3 lbs more when I went to bed than I did in the morning. Ugh.
