How to measure leadership

In all my reading on leadership, I don't believe I've seen this 2017 piece from Ali Rowghani on how to measure leadership (and/or determine if you are a good leader). It makes a lot of sense because it is not dependent on 'style' of leadership or personality. It is all about building trust by doing these three things exceptionally well:

  1. Clarity of thought and communication.
  2. Judgment about people.
  3. Personal integrity and commitment.
I think these are spot on. Especially number 1.

You can read the article HERE. Hat tip to Josh Spector for pointing it out.

Wow - how simple yet profound. I like that it works regardless of style or personality. "Leader" really isn't a personality type, but I never really thought of it that way.
