I started this Ideal Protein diet full-fledged 2 weeks ago today. My original weight was 165 lbs (t-shirt & boxers). Last Monday I weighed in at 158 - so I lost 7 lbs. in the first week. This week I weighted in at... 155 lbs (t-shirt & boxers). This was after running 4+ miles on the treadmill (it was also 154.8 lbs, to be exact).
I was really hoping for 10 lbs the first week of the diet. But I'll settle for that in 2 weeks. I actually think I'd like to shoot for another 10 by the end of the summer. The next month or so is going to be kind of touch-and-go, due to some traveling and vacation and whatnot, but we'll see.
