Well, I don't know how I did it, but I went from 150.6 on last Monday, to a weight of 147.2 this morning. I was pretty darn excited about that. I believe that's my lowest actual recorded weight - albeit after a 5.5 mile run. But still... it was also after totally pigging out on ice cream last night, as well as a couple of big meals this week that fell outside the acceptable limits.
Jane actually met her goal last week, so she has moved on to phase 2 - which means adding another 8 oz. of protein during the day. I haven't exactly been following the phase 1 too good lately, but I am still shooting for getting down to 145 at some point. It seems to come off a bit slower these days. Maybe this week...
