My weigh-in yesterday morning was so-so. Last week I was at 147.2, and I was pretty worried about this week. In fact, I was thinking of not even weighing in because I ate soooooo bad from Friday through Sunday (fair food, bowling-alley pizza, etc.). But... I ran my 5 miles yesterday morning and weighed in at... 147.0!
I was glad that I lost a little, even if it was just .2 lbs. But considering I was at 144.2 on Friday, I would have liked to have been less than 147. But I'll take it. It's funny, though, because I have yet to weigh 145 lbs. I've been on 146 several times, and 144... but never 145. Weird.
