Monday morning weigh-in
I weighed in this morning at 146.4. Once again I just barely lost some weight from last week - though it was less than a pound (147.0). However, after I got done running the 5.8 miles I was only 145.2. But then I lifted and had a glass of water and a vanilla protein drink, and it went up a pound. So... whatever... I'll take it. Because I actually expected to be heavier than last week (just like last week). Weekends are a killer. We had company all weekend, and last night I had a hamburger, brat, potato salad, chips, ice cream, and then I finished off the bag of chips after everyone left. So I thought I would for sure weigh about 230 pounds this morning. But I didn't, and I feel pretty good. Physically, at least.
