I am bummed. My watch seems to be weirding out on me. Every now and then it will be like 5 minutes slow. After I reset it, it may run fine for a week, then all of a sudden it's off again. This makes no sense to me. And I LIKE this watch. It has the date, and it's an 'indiglo'. I've probably had it for over 10 years. Just last year I had to replace the battery in it. I don't want to have to replace the whole thing, but I just can't handle the thought that I might be off kilter with the rest of the world. BTW, if you ever need to know exactly what time it is, there is a link on my sidebar (under News & Info) to the official U.S. time clock. I usually try to check it every Sunday morning - you know - just to be sure. Although... how does that go... "does anybody really know what time it is?" (song reference???).

Watch it

Does anybody really care?
I liked the old Chicago back in the day.
Tom,
As a high school stage band member, so did I. Chicago was great up through VI, started getting shaky with VII, and was off the rails never to recover by VIII. I blame the decline on (the record company?) bringing Peter Cetera front and center and making the rest of the band seem like no more than a backup band for him (c.f. what happened to the Doobie Brothers when Michael McDonald started becoming the focus).
Good analogy, Jim, I never listened to DB much after Tom Johnston quit.
Thanks for the insights, gentlemen. FYI - Keith Knudson, who was not an original DB but carried them through for many a year, hailed from a small town not far from where we were from. I think it was right before we moved away, or right after, he was Grand Marshall of the parade! Had to be a highlight for him. :)
