No jury duty

I received a notice that I was to report for jury duty today. However, when I called the phone number last night they said there were no cases for today so I did not need to report.

I didn't really want to serve on a jury, but I have to admit that I was kind of looking forward to doing something a little different for a change. I kind of like being around different people every now and then. I think it would have been interesting to see a variety of people and just to go through the process of jury selection. But... I'm sure I'll get over it.

I have only been called for jury duty twice before. One time I didn't need to report (like today), and one time I actually had to report, but I wasn't selected for a jury.
