A normal eating day other than I skipped the protein shake in the morning, and instead when I went out with my pastors group had 2 eggs... and I also had my first piece of toast in a loooong time (it tasted good). So I didn't have a hard-boiled egg during the day either, nor a protein bar. Hopefully it all evened out in the end.
I was actually down to 153 right after doing the treadmill in the morning, and 19.5% body fat (at least according to our scale). But that was the lightest I was all day, I'm sure.
