My food intake for day 2 of the ideal protein diet (they actually call it a "treatment")...
Breakfast: 1 - 16 ox. glass of water; 1 protein shake (vanilla powdered mix is better than from the can); decaf coffee. 2 vitamin supplements with another glass of water.
Lunch: Lettuce salad with 1 cup of cut-up veggies on it (and Maple Grove Farms 'Sugar Free' Raspberry Vinaigrette salad dressing), and 1 cup of broccoli/cauliflower. 20 oz. glass of water.
Afternoon snack: 1 protein shake (peach & mango - very good); 1 hard-boiled egg (with salt).
Supper: 4 oz. of chicken, parsnip and rutabaga, 3 vitamin supplements. Water.
Evening snack: Protein pudding (butterscotch), 2 more vitamin supplements. Water.
Several other glasses of water throughout the day and night.
I also ran 4+ miles on the treadmill.
