Mid-morning: 1 hard boiled egg
Lunch: large lettuce salad with 1 cup of raw veggies in salad and 1 cup of cauliflower.
Afternoon: peach/mango protein shake
Supper: leftover italian beef (4 oz) and 2 cups of cauliflower/broccoli mix, multivitamin and 2 mag/cal supplements.
Before leaving to see The Avengers: chocolate protein drink.
Night: 2 more mag/cal supplements.
Ran 4+ miles on treadmill in the morning.
