Faith and sports

I have always been interested in sports. Mostly football, basketball and track. I was also a pretty fanatical Dallas Cowboys fan growing up. I have gone back and forth over the years as to the usefulness of sports in "real" life. I thought this was a really good article by Jen Floyd Engel about the role of faith with some Dallas Cowboys this year - especially in light of several other recent events. The article is: Bigger Lessons Learned During Cowboys Win. It's pretty good. And, as Jen says, "It is always amazing to me these people who choose forgiveness when anger is the more understandable emotion."
