Metal building homes

I stumbled across this site metal-building-homes.com. I haven't checked out too many of the designs yet, but these two caught my eye mostly because of their simplicity and the porches (click the links for more pics). I also like the spacious interiors.

I've never had a desire to build a house, but I think I could get into one of these. Who knows, maybe this could be our retirement home. As long as we can get one of the grandkids to mow the grass.
