I finally broke down and bought a new printer for the computer yesterday. Our old one was possessed or something and never did work very well. It wouldn't turn on when you wanted it to, or off when you wanted it to, and it was just about as uncooperative as a printer can be. So it was with no remorse that I tossed it into the garbage.
I went to Costco and bought the HP Officejet 4655 all-in-one for $65. Of course a 2-pack of ink cost the same amount. At least it works.
This is our first wireless printer and it seems to be pretty nice. We can print from the laptop or our phones (after downloading the app). It prints rather slow, and only holds 100 sheets of paper at a time, but for no more than we use a printer that is good enough. The next cheapest one was $95.
So, there's that...
