Simple steps to avoid
stress and anxiety
3 times a
day (with meals, or when anxiety starts to increase), do these 3 simple
things:
- Take 3 deep breaths - breathe in, long and slow; breathe out, long and slow. 3x
- Find 3 things you are thankful for in that moment (can be something small or large)
- Smile for 3 seconds, or longer. Even if you have to force it.
