1-2-3 sanity

I created this pdf this morning, in case you or someone you know is like me and prone to stress and anxiety during these trying COVID-19 Pandemic times. It's nothing fancy, but it gave me something to do for a few minutes...

Simple steps to avoid stress and anxiety

3 times a day (with meals, or when anxiety starts to increase), do these 3 simple things:
  • Take 3 deep breaths - breathe in, long and slow; breathe out, long and slow. 3x
  • Find 3 things you are thankful for in that moment (can be something small or large)
  • Smile for 3 seconds, or longer. Even if you have to force it.
