Annual physical exam and health screen

I had my yearly physical at the doctor last Friday. He gave me the once over and actually said I am above average for physical fitness (for my age). We also went over my lab results from the week before. Ugh, I have to have them redone in 3 months because my cholesterol was a bit higher than usual. He hopes there was just a glitch, but it looks like I'll need to start on cholesterol meds. I really don't want to but it runs in the family, so...

My blood pressure was again super high (172/92), which doesn't seem to bother the doctor or his nurse anymore since I bring in my regular readings from between visits (several recently below 120/80). I don't know why I get so nervous in the doctors office. My weight was 167 fully clothed and with my phone and stuff in my pocket. I weighed myself at home after my run and I was 160 with none of those things.

I have a side-by-side comparison chart from 2015 to present (minus 2016 and 2020) of my lab results  (https://12ddm.blogspot.com/2019/12/health-screening-blood-test-results.html). I'm hoping everything crossed over and the chart will still line up. There were some different categories from this lab that I didn't understand, and apparently a couple things they didn't do that I'd had done previously. Anyway, it's nice to have.
