Eating - day 1

My food intake for day 1 of the ideal diet...

Breakfast: 1 - 16 ox. glass of water; 1 protein shake (in can. vanilla - not so good); decaf coffee. Plus 2 vitamins supplements

Lunch: Lettuce salad with 1 cup of cut-up veggies on it (and Maple Grove Farms 'Sugar Free' Raspberry Vinaigrette salad dressing), and 1 cup of cauliflower. 20 oz. glass of water.

Afternoon snack: 1 protein shake (peach & mango - very good); 1 hard-boiled egg (with salt).

Supper: Leftover turkey (2 cups), broccoli, turnips/rutabaga, 3 vitamin supplements. Water.

Evening snack: Protein pudding (chocolate), 2 more vitamin supplements. Water.

Several other glasses of water throughout the day and night.

I ran 4 miles on the treadmill.
