Went off-diet today - my wedding anniversary...
6 am - antibiotic, decaf coffee, vanilla protein drink
8:30 am - multivitamin, pot/cal supplement
10 am - protein bar, water
12:30 - salad with veggies (balsamic vinaigrette), 1 cup green beans
3 pm - antibiotic, chocolate protein drink
6 pm - supper at Henry's: meatloaf, cheddar mashed potatoes, veggies (cucumber, onion, mushrooms), cole slaw, newcastle (beer); multivitamin and 2 cal/mag supplements
9 pm - orange protein drink, 2 more cal/mag supplements
