Eating - day 15 (tuesday)
Back to the usual fare for food today. Other than I forgot to take the my supplements with supper, so I was short 2 cal/mag supplements today. I think I gained 3 lbs from Monday morning to Tuesday night though. Probably from supper Monday night. Ugh.
