Starting the diet over
We are going to go back to the diet full-time today. I weighed in at 156.0 first thing this morning (t-shirt & boxers). I imagine after running (haven't decided if it will be inside or outside yet) I could be down to 154 or 155. But food intake will up that again. I think the plan is to get down to 145, so I can then level off at around 150. We'll see. My stomach is growling.
