Starting the general partnership

The business partner and I have decided to start a 'General Partnership' for the coaching practice. It is the simplest, cheapest and most flexible business form for us to take. We have a web site that is in process (elevatecoach.com). The next thing we need to do is register with the county, create a partnership agreement, and get a bank account. We still have some tweaking to do on the web site, then I'd like to get some business cards made. After that, I think we basically just need to get some clients.
