I did my first Bootcamp at home the other day. Man, it kicked my butt! So much so that I think I need to start doing some more.
When I worked at the Y I was in the building and around all sorts of bootcamps and various other classes. However, I had never participated in one myself. I thought I was in pretty good shape from running, but I quickly discovered I had plenty of other muscles that need worked out. I was sore the entire next day. It was a "good" sore though.
