March running

The running streak continues. I started running at least a mile every day on November 11, 2021. I've still only done one day of it indoors (Christmas Eve eve, because I was cramped for time). Everything else has been outside in everything from rain, sleet, and snow, to some occasional sunshine.

March wasn't overly eventful. My longest runs were longer, but my shorter runs were subsequently shorter. Overall mileage was just a tad under January (which was the highest), though only by a few miles.

The above pic is of my daily log sheets. I track the date, miles ran, miles walked, which shoes I wore, and total minutes. These are supposed to be for work, but I don't participate in that anymore. It's just for myself.

Here is a chart with the monthly comparison and total overall so far (if it will show up correctly).

I'm not sure how much longer I will stick with this streak. I'm not as afraid of stopping now, but every time I think I'm going to... I just hate for it to be THAT day, you know? So, we'll see.

I'm feeling pretty good - with the help of the new Theragun Elite percussion massager. I don't use it ALL the time, but mostly every day I will use it at least once on some part of my body, if not more. An all-over massage before bedtime definitely makes for a better nights sleep. It has for sure helped my feet and calves too.
